In the summer of 2017, Small Change crowdfunded $175,000 for the development of 5016 Rosewood in Los Angeles.
Now, the building is complete.
These four single-family units increase density within the walkable, residential neighborhood and are designed to make net-zero living achievable. They are within walking distance of Larchmont Village, and have good access to Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills/Century City.
